📦 AISOM Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At AISOM, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We understand that choosing a wig online requires care and consideration, which is why we offer a return window designed to provide peace of mind while ensuring fairness for all customers.


🕒 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, not the order date.

  • Return requests must be submitted within this time frame to be considered.


🧾 Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the wig must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Lace must be uncut and unaltered

  • The wig must be unworn and unstyled

  • No glue, tape, powder, styling products, or residue

  • No odors (including perfume, smoke, or body scent)

  • No signs of brushing, heat styling, or long-term wear

Trying on a wig briefly for fit and appearance is acceptable.
Wearing a wig for daily use, events, filming, or extended periods is not considered a try-on.

Any item showing signs of wear cannot be resold and is therefore non-returnable.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, altered, or damaged

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Customized or pre-cut lace wigs (if applicable)

  • Items returned without prior approval


📦 Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Items sent back without authorization may be refused.


🌍 International Returns & Customs Duties

AISOM products are shipped internationally, and returned items may need to be sent back to our processing facility in China.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer

  • AISOM cannot reimburse customs fees charged by local or international authorities

We strongly recommend marking returned packages clearly as “Returned Merchandise” to help minimize customs charges, though this does not guarantee exemption.


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees, customs fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.


🤍 Fair Use Policy

Our return policy is designed for genuine fit or style concerns.
AISOM reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or repeated return behavior inconsistent with normal shopping practices.

Return Policy

Due to the cosmetic nature of the products we sell, we abide by a strict hygiene policy which all customers must abide to in the event that they wish to return their order.

Order confirmation

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email with confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Processing

Please kindly note that after you placed order, we will need 1-2 business days to prepare for the shipment depending on stock availability. We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.

Shipping

We ship worldwide to nearly every country and parter with major international shipping companies to ensure your packages arrive your destination fast and securely.

Athough due to limitation shipping line, the countries/addresses located on islands are not reachable with our current fufillment abilities.

 Note: Shipping time could be affected during public holiday seasons as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

I returned an item but haven’t received a refund?

All refunds are processed within 2 working days of receipt, once your item(s) have been quality checked. Dependent on your card issuer, the refund may take a further few days to allocate as a recent transaction on your online banking or statement. Feel free to drop us an email at service@aisomhair.com。 if your refund has not been received after 7 working days.



My tracking number doesn’t work, help!

Once your order has been dispatched, Tracking details usually become available after 24 hours (once the parcel has been scanned) so don't worry too much if details aren't immediately available. If for any reason your tracking number is showing as 'incorrect' - reach out to our team on service@aisomhair.com  and we can look into this further for you!
