Orders
What happens when I place my order?
Thanks for shopping with us and for being a Aisom babe! Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be given an order number. A confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout with your order details. (Keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for this too, as sometimes the email is sent here!) A further email with tracking number will then be sent as soon as your pretty parcel full has left our warehouse and is whizzed on its way to you in the post!
My order hasn’t arrived?
Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and your location. Standard Delivery orders typically take between 7-15 working days to arrive. However in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived after 15 working days* - Please reach out to us on service@aisomhair.com and we can look into this further for you!
Wherever you are in the world, we offer a range of delivery options to suit!
My tracking number doesn’t work, help!
Once your order has been dispatched, y Tracking details usually become available after 24 hours (once the parcel has been scanned) so don't worry too much if details aren't immediately available. If for any reason your tracking number is showing as 'incorrect' - reach out to our team on service@aisomhair.com and we can look into this further for you!
